Art Poetry &!The Human Experience

dividedart.com

Welcome to DividedArt.com,

Here, art, poetry, and the human experience intertwine. I hope someday this will be a digital sanctuary where creativity knows no bounds, and emotions are never masked. They are embraced.

When I was a kid I used to love choose your own adventure books. I want this site to be similar to those books. Like a virtual tapestry of paintings, sketches, and digital art pieces, each with a story of its own.

DividedArt.com is a mixture of art, poetry, and short stories.

Writing and creating new things are like going on a journey into the unknown. Where the destination is less important than the path taken to get there.

I believe everyone should question their existence, consciousness, and religion.

As far as we know, we have one life to live. We’re here, so why not immerse ourselves in the beauty of the human experience.”

the empty

Maybe I’m gone

Maybe I’m dead

Maybe these are dreams

Of memories in my head

By myself

Alone under stars

Talking to ghosts

Pointing at scars

Wishing away

With nowhere to go

I’m a million miles from anything

And everything’s closed

Paradise is a picture

Anyone can see

I call home to let Mom know

I’m out here alone

on the empty…

Echoes Among the Stars

Chapter 1: Faded Dreams

Jessup had always been a dreamer. From the moment he first picked up a guitar, he knew that music was his calling. But as the years passed and the wrinkles creased his once-youthful face, Jessup found himself confronting the bitter truth: his dreams had slipped through his fingers like grains of sand.

His days were spent in a haze of regret and resentment, haunted by the echoes of missed opportunities and broken promises. And when his marriage to a woman half his age crumbled beneath the weight of their differences, Jessup found himself adrift in a sea of loneliness and despair.

Chapter 2: A New Beginning

But amidst the wreckage of his shattered dreams, Jessup discovered a glimmer of hope—a chance for redemption. Inspired by his lifelong love for poetry and art, he decided to embark on a new journey, one fueled by passion and creativity.

With the click of a button, "The Muse's Canvas" was born—a digital sanctuary where artists and poets from all corners of the globe could come together to share their creations with the world. And to Jessup's astonishment, the website took off like a rocket, attracting a devoted following and transforming him into a bona fide internet sensation.

Chapter 3: Brushing Shoulders with Legends

As The Muse's Canvas flourished, Jessup found himself thrust into the spotlight, rubbing shoulders with the glitterati of the art world. From coffee-fueled brainstorming sessions with up-and-coming painters to late-night jam sessions with rock legends like Kurt Cobain and Jim Morrison, Jessup's life became a whirlwind of excitement and opportunity.

But it was a chance encounter with a certain eccentric billionaire that would change everything. Elon Musk, the visionary founder of SpaceX, stumbled upon The Muse's Canvas during one of his late-night browsing sessions and was immediately captivated by Jessup's vision and creativity.

Chapter 4: The Promise of the Stars

"I want to build you a spaceship," Musk declared, his eyes sparkling with excitement. "A vessel that will carry you to the stars, where you can live out your wildest dreams."

For Jessup, it was an offer too tantalizing to refuse. With Musk's boundless resources at his disposal, construction on the spaceship began in earnest—a sleek, silver marvel of engineering that seemed straight out of a science fiction novel.

And then, one fateful day, Jessup climbed aboard his spaceship, bidding farewell to Earth and all its troubles. With a roar of engines and a flash of light, he soared into the boundless expanse of space, leaving behind a legacy that would echo through the ages.

Chapter 5: Lost in the Void

As Jessup journeyed deeper into the cosmos, he felt a sense of liberation wash over him. For the first time in his life, he was truly free—free from the constraints of gravity, free from the burdens of his past. He floated among the stars, a solitary wanderer in search of meaning and purpose.

His destination? The moon, that silent sentinel in the sky, beckoning him with its siren song. There, amidst the desolate landscape, Jessup envisioned a new beginning—a chance to build a life on his own terms, far away from the chaos of the world below.

But as the days turned into weeks and the weeks into months, Jessup's presence on the moon became little more than a legend, whispered in hushed tones by those who dared to dream. Some said he had found enlightenment among the craters and caverns of the lunar surface, while others claimed he had simply vanished into the void, a ghost haunting the cosmos.

Chapter 6: Echoes Among the Stars

And so, the tale of Jessup, the failed musician turned cosmic explorer, passed into myth and legend. But his legacy lived on, etched into the annals of history as a testament to the indomitable spirit of the human soul.

For in the end, Jessup had dared to reach for the stars, and in doing so, he had become one with the universe itself—a poet, an artist, and a dreamer of dreams.

And though his physical form may have vanished into the depths of space, his spirit lingered on, an echo among the stars, inspiring generations yet unborn to chase their own dreams and reach for the heavens.
